He is survived by: his wife Pat Malone of Elk Horn; his children, Jamie Malone (Jackie Penick) of Elk Horn and Missy Dixon (Steve) of Knifley; his grandchildren, Mason Dixon (Sage Judd), McKenzie Dixon, Levi Dicken of Knifley and James Dylan; his great grandchildren, Addie, Avery, Lively, Oakly, Graham, Lana Kate, Braylee, Madison, Amber, Drew, Mila, Jaxon, Caroline and Meredith; his grandson James Casey; and his sister Betty Lou McNay of Campbellsville.
