She is survived by: her mother Ada Darlene Calhoun Howard of Campbellsville; her sons, Robbie Howard (Natasha) of Campbellsville and Jeffery Howard (Shonica) of Campbellsville; her brother Adam Howard (Tonya) of Adair County; and her niece Stephanie Bright of Knifley.
