She was predeceased by: her parents, William Paul and Martha Beatrice Briner Cartwright; her grandparents, Arthur Frank and Roberta Cartwright; and her sister Gloria "Jean" Fancher.
She is survived by: her husband Allen D. Young; her children, Toni Johnson (Gary) of Campbellsville, Trent Young (Lee) of Bowling Green and Tiffany Floyd (Greg) of Campbellsville; her grandchildren, Brittany Hawes (Jonathan) of Greensburg, Leigh Anne Sluder (Eric) of Campbellsville, Allie Young-Martin (Ryan Martin) of Anacortes, Tate Floyd (Savannah) of Campbellsville, Katie Floyd of Campbellsville and Carson Floyd of Campbellsville; her great grandchild Tatum Jaymes Sluder; and her sisters, Betty Jane "Frankie" Quigley of Mitchell and Pat Derrick of Springfield. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many other friends.
