He is survived by: his wife Dollie Barlow Noel; his children, Stephen Dewayne Noel (Deanna), Audrey Grant, Myra Johnson (Robert) and Sandra Noel; his grandchildren, Benjamin Noel, Jesse Noel, Hollie Youngblood, Shelby Noel, Virginia Noel, Victoria McGee, William Noel, Mathew Grant, Joanna Grant, Andrew Grant, Naomi Baldock, Abigail Noel, Hannah Noel and Joy Noel; his great grandchildren, Elizabeth Youngblood, Tyrel Noel, Elliott Youngblood, Esther Youngblood, Beaumont McGee, Khaleesi Moesh, Curtis Moesh, Callan Grant, Wyatt Rohn and Cole Rohn; and his sisters, Cynthia Cox, Catherine York (Stanley Noel) and Sonja Brockman (Regina Wethington).
