He is survived by: his children, Kathy Michelle McNear-Quintana (Julio) of Louisville, Patricia Lynn Cox (Timothy W. Curry) of Campbellsville, Sherry Nicole Davis (Shane) of Campbellsville, James Timothy Lewis McNear of Knifley and Jason Paul "JJ" Johnson (Latasha Schichtel) of Lebanon; his wife Jenny Stotts Johnson of Campbellsville; his sister Beverly Johnson of Campbellsville; his grandchildren, Devin Lucas, Neal Upchurch, Jr., Kiara Quintana, Vincent Quintana, Jamie Cox Morris, Chris Cox, Jayden Cox, Jayline Williams, Travon Williams, Anna Davis, Jasmine Davis, Brooklyn Davis, Zachary Johnson and Natilie Johnson; and his great grandchildren, Elizabeth Hope Cox, Ezra Alexander Morris, McKinley River Page and Paisley Mae Burchett.
