He is survived by: his parents, Carlos Moore (Mandy) of Pendleton, IN. and Marilyn Simmons (Horstead) of Campbellsville; his children, Jayden Moore of Campbellsville, Carter Bell of Campbellsville, Tyrek Moore of Campbellsville, Carly Shreve Moore of Campbellsville, Kingslii Hatfield Moore of Campbellsville, Jay Dee Franklin Moore of Campbellsville and Shively Moore of Campbellsville; his close friends, Klaudia Kelly of Campbellsville and Phillip Crump of Campbellsville; his sister Cyndi Moore of Wisconsin; his grandparents, Anna Suggs of Campbellsville, Stella and Robert Moore, Sr. of Illinois; his aunt Portee Suggs (Jesse Thomas) of Indiana; and his uncle Walter Horstead (Joyce) of Indiana.
