He is survived by: his daughters, Billie Diane Pyles Mardis of Campbellsville and Retha Sprowles Baumle of Louisville; his grandsons, Brandon Mardis and Kyle Mardis; his great grandchild Makayla Mardis; his great great grandchildren, Axton New and Alec Mardis; and his siblings, Olyn Sprowles and Myrtle Grimes (Billy). He is also survived by nieces/nephew/cousins and many friends.
Funeral: Sunday, March 15, 2026, at 1:30 PM, Officiating: Dr. Dwayne Norman, Entombment: Campbellsville Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, In Lieu of flowers donations for Gideons International.
