He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Elmore and Mary Lou Elmore (Thomas); and his son Kenneth Elmore. He is survived by: his sons, Stephen Elmore (Crystal Kaye) of Campbellsville, Patrick Lewis Elmore (Jamie) of Shepherdsville and William Lewis Elmore Spitler (Leann) of Illinois; his grandchildren, Jason Elmore, Benjamin Elmore, Kristy Hensley, Audrey Elmore, Madison Elmore and William "Billy" Spitler; and his great grandchildren, Jaden Elmore and Lilly Elmore.
