He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Shipp and Roberta Smith Shipp; and his brothers, Ernest M. Shipp and James Edward Shipp. He is survived by: his nephews, Galen Shipp of Indiana and James Shipp of Campbellsville; his sister-in-law Geneva Shipp of Campbellsville; and his godchildren, Jaclyn Bottoms, Chase Bottoms and Kari Negron.
