She is survived by : her husband Ronnie Crabtree of Campton, Kentucky; her daughters, Ronda Cummings (Mark) of Georgetown and Tammy Smith (Jason) of Brookeville, Ohio; her grandchildren, Katie, Robbie, Morgan and Jared; her great grandchildren, Nova and Reese; and her brothers, Michael Fugate (Radney) of Campton and Gary Thomas Fugate (Donna) of Dayton. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
