She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Jenkins and Goldie Watkins Jenkins; her children, Greg Pelfrey, Roger Pelfrey, Jeffery Pelfrey and Roxie Stacy; and her siblings, Wilgus Jenkins, Freddy Jenkins, Loretta Gillum and Ruthie Hounshell.
She is survived by: her children, Harold S. Howard (Rosie), Keith Pelfrey, Lloyd Dwayne Pelfrey, Tammy Watson (James) and Louise Durr (Bobby); and her siblings, Roy Lee Jenkins, Ray Jenkins, Oscar Jenkins, Julie Trent, Betty Fugate, Pauline Wile and Alice Jenkins. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; a host of great-grandchildren.
