He is survived by: his wife Becky Nation Nickell of Campton, Kentucky; his children, David Nickell (Janet) of Campton, Brad Kincaid of Texas, Joey Nickell of Hazel Green and Jenny Mullins (Keith) of Helechawa, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Zack Nickell (Kimberlyn), Gabe Nickell (Sunniva), Cody Byrd (Priscilla), Morgan Smyth (Zach), Kirby Castle (Ryan), Gunner Kincaid, Charlie Kincaid, Laken Kincaid, Jayden Kincaid and Austin Kincaid (Natalie); and his great grandchildren, Elora Nickell, James Nickell, Kyra Smyth, Spencer Smyth, Helena Byrd, Sophia Byrd, Thomas Steele Byrd, Scarlet King and Bella McGuire.
