She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Davis and Bernice Rothwell Davis; and her siblings, Effie Cundiff, James, Eddie and Kenneth Davis.
She is survived by: her children, Annette Mullins, Shannon Mullins (Christy), Brian Mullins (April), Paul Mullins (MaKayla) and Robert Mullins. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and one great grandchild.
