He is survived by: his daughter Joyce Ann Elkins of Campton, Kentucky; and his sisters, Sarah Lawson (Paul) of Campton, Deloris Little (Joe) of Middletown, Carrie Faye Bowling of Indianapolis and Daisy Cockerham of Middletown, Ohio.. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
