He was predeceased by: his parents, Shelvy Pelfrey and Thelma Ruth Pelfrey; and his brother David Pelfrey. He is survived by: his wife Ruby Marie Pelfrey; his children, Richard Pelfrey and Rachelle Pelfrey; his sister-in-law Sadie Pelfrey; and his cousins, Karen Ritchie and Rodney Ross (LaDonna). He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
