He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Moore and Susie Deaton Moore; his wife Dianne Moore; his daughter Sandra "Pooh" Combs; and his siblings, Roy Moore, Gerald Moore, Floyd Edward Moore and Mary Jane Strong.
He is survived by: his children, Tony Moore (Deana) of Campton, KY., Tracey Spicer (Scottie) of Chavies, KY and Christy Turner of Winchester, KY.; his siblings, Raymond Moore (Mary) of Jackson, KY, Eugene Moore (Patsy) of Tecumseh, MI., Trish Moore (Ray) of Whick, KY., Una Torrice of Whick, KY. and Juanita Spicer of Whick, KY.; and his grandchildren, Ryan Spicer (Brooke), Kayla Moore, Brady Turner, Ethan "Butter" Moore and Lily Turner (Betty Spicer). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, any other relatives and friends.
