He is survived by: his parents, Elmer Johnson of Prestonsburg, Kentucky and Brenda Newman of Campton, Kentucky; and his siblings, Douglas Johnson (Adelina) of Lexington, Curtis Jones of Lexington, Timothy Johnson (Stephanie) of Paintsville, Kentucky, Nora Marsillett (Kevin) of Prestonsburg, Kentucky and Becky Marsillett (Tommy) of Prestonsburg, Kentucky. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
