He was predeceased by : his parent Merdie Rowe. He is survived by : his wife Geneva Stevens Rowe of Belknap, Kentucky; his children, Joe Rowe of Wellington, Jonathan Rowe of Magoffin County and Mary Whitley of Campton, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Melinda Whitley, Chris Jacobs and Leann Rowe; and his great grandchildren, Emmy Jacobs, Layla Jacobs, Preston Blackburn, Tristan Blackburn and Dakota Hogsten.
