He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard E. Collins and Grace Mae Campbell Muncy; his half-brothers, James Wayne Collins, Marion Adkins and Howard E. Collins, Jr.; and also Bobby Lee Collins.
He is survived by: his sons, Christopher N. Collins and Justin E. Collins; and his sisters, Bertha E. Collins of Hazel Green and Lyvindia June Pigg (Burlon) of Howell, Michigan.. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
