She was predeceased by: her parents, Emural "Red" Elmore and Ethel McDorman Elmore; and her siblings, Jeannie Schaeffers and Emural "George" Elmore, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Bobby Payton of Caneyville; her daughters, Kassie Parks (DJ) and Hailey Miller (Chris); her grandchildren, Mark, Mary Jane, Lorelai Miller, Ganton Dennison, Emma and Kolsen Brewer; her siblings, Rosa Dockery (Alvin), Ava "Tucky" Fegan (Jonnie), Rebecca "Becky" White and Shawn Elmore (Holly); and her parents-in-law, Robert and Cheryl Payton.
