He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lincoln and Lucy Mae Kiper Frank. He is survived by: his daughter Barbara Haynes; his siblings, Marjorie Payton, Linda Crain, Brenda Henderson, David, Thomas, Jimmy and Donnie Joe Frank; his close friend Alean Frank; his wife Carolyn Faye Frank; and his daughter Laura Melissa Frank. He is also survived by two grandsons; and one great-granddaughter.
