He is survived by: his sons, Paul Parks (Kim) of Morgantown, KY and John Parks of Caneyville, KY; his grandchildren, Kaleb, Mason, Taylor, Brooklyn, Hailey, Kassie and Allison; his siblings, Curtis Parks (Patty), Danny Parks (Lori), Jeff Parks (Gina) and Carolyn Young; and his caregiver Bendetta Gary. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
