He was predeceased by: his father Marshall Edward Ashby; his stepfather James Ireland; and his siblings, Wayne Ashby and Annette Walker. He is survived by: his mother Linda Keslar Ashby Ireland of White Mills; his wife Heather Piccolo Ashby of Canmer, KY.; his daughters, Cassidy Hornback (Ryan) of Brandenburg, KY, Hailey Gaddie of Bowling Green, KY and Shannon Schofield (Bryan) of Shepardsville, KY; his brothers, Marshall Ashby of Shewsbury, IL and Richard Ashby (Liz) of Sonora, KY; and his grandchildren, Isabella, Ariana, Mason and Knox.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Manakee Funeral Home (29 W Western Ave, Sonora, KY 42776).
