She was predeceased by: her parents, George Stidham and Nettie Stidham (Sallie); and her husband William Lykins. She is survived by: her children, Linda (Larry Gevedon), Donna Lykins, Gretta Lykins, Daniel (Debbie Lykins) and Sammy (Lisa Lykins). She is also survived by Twenty-three grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Faith Baptist Church (7557 Hwy 191, West Liberty, KY 41472). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
