He is survived by: his wife Margaret Lewis of Cannon; his children, Dallas Lewis (Noelle) of Georgetown, Heather Brooks (Brandon) of Muncie, IN and Justin Lewis (Lucinda) of Cannon; his sister Penny McCracken (Don) of Williamsburg, IN; his grandchildren, Jazmily, Vivian, Phoenix, Matthew, Hannah, Conner, Braiden, Brody, Tanner, Miranda, Isabella, Emily and Gabriella; his nieces and nephews, Katie Thompson (Doug), Savannah, Frank Jesse James, Cheyenna, Chantella McCracken and Samantha Morgan; his great-niece Athena Jean Ferry; his great-nephew Jay Rock Angel; and his mother-in-law Eddie Mae Lindsey.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of the Knox Funeral Home (325 Knox St, Barbourville, KY 40906).
