He is survived by: his wife Betty Mills of Cannon; his daughters, Melisia Mills of Cannon and Sherry Osborne (Tony) of Cannon; his grandchildren, Jacob and McKenzie Osborne; his sisters, Beatrice Patton of Barbourville and Irene Abner of Heidrick; and his brothers-in-law, Tim Smith of Boone Height, Herbie Smith (Nannie Mae) of Boone Height and Leon Smith (Cledia) of Corbin.
