She was predeceased by: her father Ollie Ray Mitchell. She is survived by: her close friend Mark Wade; her daughter Shelby Wade Kirby (Jake); her mother Mildred Miller Mitchell; and her siblings, Lonnie Mitchell (Shelly), Deliana Adams, Mary Livingood (Clevie) and Carol Becraft (Chad).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Carlisle Christian Church (242 N Locust St, Carlisle, KY 40311). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cancer Care Club benefitting local cancer patients.
