She was predeceased by: her spouse Kendall Fryman; her parents, Robert McGlothin and Mary Catherine Hatfield McGlothin; her son Joseph Robert "JoeBob" Smith; and her siblings, Linda Butler and Bruce McGlothin.
She is survived by: her children, Jackie Flora (Neil Wolford) of Ashland and Crystal Pack of Carlisle; her sisters, Lisa Frederick (Marvin) of Nicholas County and Reitha Manis (Ryan) of Paris; and her grandchildren, Payton Smith, Austin Fryman, Justin Pack and Dustin Glass. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
