He is survived by: his children, Paula Stephens (Nestor Perez) of Carlisle, Crystal Stephens (Thomas Withrow) of Carlisle, Dale Crouch (Amy Stevens) of Morehead and Warren Crouch (Andrea Felty) of Owingsville; his stepson Courtney Stephens of Mt. Sterling; and his siblings, Wanda Copher of Salt Lick, Mark Crouch of Salt Lick and Donnie Crouch of Knot Co. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Herald & Stewart Home For Funerals (1002 Woodford Dr, Mt Sterling, KY 40353). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at the Crouch Cemetery.
