She is survived by : her son Edward Allen Cundiff of Olive Hill; her caregiver Jackie Petitt of Nicholas County; her niece Mary Frances Forget of Ocala, Florida; her friend Stevie Duncan; her great-niece Carol Workman; her pets, Mia and Dixie; her siblings, Eddie, James Robert, William, Eugene Cundiff, Hannah, Delores Cundiff and Ella Swebelius; her nephew Charles Thomas Petitt; and her pet Boo. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
