“Mrs. Clark was my favorite elementary school teacher. She started when I was in the third grade (she was Ms. Freeman then) at NCES and then moved to the 4th and 5th grades with our class. She made learning fun and exciting. I have always said that I was fortunate to have her as a teacher. She was a very special lady and a wonderful educator, she will be missed.
