With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph Franklin Price of Carlisle, Kentucky, who passed away on October 23, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Vernon Price and Emma Lou Wasson Price; his former life partner Anna Lou Bowles Price; his wife Helen Watkins Price; his daughter Paula Ruth Price; and his siblings, William "Bill" Price, Clarence "Jube" Price, T. C. Price, Perry Price, Margaret Elfsass, Ruby Fryman, Ruth Stevens, Myrtle Earlywine and Dorothy Warmouth.

He is survived by : his children, Mark Price (Mollie) of Carlisle, Ernest Price (Suzie) of Mt. Olivet, Kentucky, Elizabeth Walker (Kevin) of Carlisle and Virgie Trussell (Allie) of Carlisle. He is also survived by great grandchildren; also several nieces, nephews, and other family members and friends.
