It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Ann Fulton of Carlisle, Kentucky, who passed away on July 25, 2025, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Fulton and Frances Fulton; her siblings, Terry Fulton and Brenda Fulton; her brother-in-law James Allen Hickerson; and her nephew Jonathan Hickerson.
She is survived by: her boyfriend Frank Miller Jr. of Carlisle, KY; her daughters, Kim Moore (Bill) of Carlisle, KY and Denise Tubbs (Donnie Reeves) of Wallingford, KY; her grandson Dalton Fry (Carlee); her great grandchildren, Owen and Oliver Fry; her siblings, Nanci Hickerson, Glen Fulton (Cindy) of Hogansville, GA, Ray Fulton of Flemingsburg, KY and Timmy Fulton of Brownsville, Texas.; and her stepsons, Alex Marquis of Georgetown, KY and Lewis Austin Bennett of Georgetown, KY. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and lifelong friends.
