It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lis Frederick (Carlisle, Kentucky), born in Sharpsburg, Kentucky, who passed away on November 23, 2022, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Roger Dale Frederick, Sr.; and her brothers, Nelson G. Shrout, Jr., James Ivan Shrout and Joe Major Shrout. She is survived by : her daughter Amy Tobin (Duncan) of Moorefield; her stepsons, David and Dale Frederick of Nicholas County; her brother Walter Shrout of Sharpsburg; and her grandchildren, Judd and Lincoln Tobin. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
