He is survived by : his wife Joanne Warmouth Pergram; his children, Zachary Jess Pergram (Jessica), Stacey Joe Pergram, Steven Warmouth (Tracey), Roger Dale Frederick, Jr., Barbara Maybrier (David Lee), Melissa Martin (Donald Sumpter) and Tina Lewis (David); his sisters, Betty Ring (Jimmy) and Ruby Jean Jones; and his granddaughter Sarah Martin. He is also survived by several grandchildren & great-grandchildren.
