He is survived by: his wife Ginger Myers Shearer; his children, Robert Spivey (Glynn), Eric Shearer, Ashley Napier (Jeremy), Logan Fryman (Sarah) and Patrick Fryman; his siblings, Charlie Shearer, Pam Shearer and Debbie Ball (Ronnie); his mother-in-law Esther Myers; his grandchildren, Audrey, Asher, Nicholas Fryman, Kane Holbrook, Gaia Williams, Ryan, Leah and Christopher Spivey; and his great grandchild Breanna Holbrook.
