She was predeceased by: her father Ralph Treadway; her stepfather Jimmy Clem; her granddaughter Allison McKinney; and her pet Rex. She is survived by: her husband Garry Crawford; her children, Garry Crawford, Jr. (Carly) and Katelyn Mitchell (Dustin); her mother Freda Berryman Clem; her brothers, Paul Treadway, Danny Treadway (Beth), Wendell Treadway (Patricia), Ralph Treadway, Jr. and Stevie Treadway; and her grandchildren, Addison, Kayden, Cameron, Haileigh, Grayson and Colton.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Mathers-Gaunce Funeral Home (105 S Locust St, Carlisle, KY 40311). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
