It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Togie Hughes of Carlisle, Kentucky, who passed away on July 9, 2023, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father Danny Hughes; his siblings, Shane Hughes and Missy Hughes; and his grandparents, Lloyd Hughes, Clarine Finch, Milton and Josephine Flora.

He is survived by : his mother Rosie Flora Hughes; his sisters, Shauna Garrett and Rachel Boone; his niece Audri Hughes (Nick Stamper); his nephew Dray Hughes; and his sister-in-law Elizabeth Hughes (Trevor Fuller). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the Carlisle-Nicholas County Parks & Recreation Department.
