With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wanda Tincher (Carlisle, Kentucky), who passed away on July 27, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Allen Tincher; her parents, Burton Hawkins and Ruby Bussell Hawkins; her children, Debbie Ritchie, Beverly Waters, Jeffrey and James C. Tincher; her brother Leroy Hawkins; her grandsons, Scotty and Shawn Fugate; her great grandchildren, Austin and Joseph Tincher; and her great great grandchild Caleb C. Mitchell.
She is survived by: her children, John Paul Ritchie (Dianna) of Nicholas County, Lisa McClain (Ron) of Sharpsburg, Linda Fryman (Tony) of Carlisle and Teresa Beach (Kelly) of Paris; and her sister Michelle Alley of Georgetown. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren & great-great grandchildren.
