With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gretchen Lynn Walker (Carrollton, Kentucky), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 19, 2024 at the age of 48. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Alexander Augustus Akers; her mother Sharon Lynn Clifton; and her brother Adam Ray Clifton. She is survived by: her husband Chris Walker of Murray, KY; her children, Ava Malynn Akers, Jackson Erik Akers and Ally Walker LaFrance of Benton, KY; her siblings, Melanie Louden Gayhart and Jay Louden; her father Dennis Ray Clifton; and her stepmother Janet Clifton of Union, KY.. She is also survived by her family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be given to the Laker Lighthouse Family Resource Center Angel Fund, 1169 Pottertown Road, Murray, Kentucky, 42071, or the Jackson& Ava Akers College Fund to support their education.
