Though James Franklin may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert G. Mosgrove and Emma Estelle Cook Mosgrove; and his wife Mary B. Oak Mosgrove. He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Ann "Missy" Mosgrove; his granddaughter Caitlyn Clark (Jacob) of Eminence, KY; and his great grandchild Blakeley Layne Clark.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home (809 Highland Ave, Carrollton, KY 41008). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 912 Seminary St, Carrollton, KY 41008.
