She is survived by: her daughter Charlena Bromwell Hofmann (Robert Hofmann); her sister Lena Rivers Welch; her grandchildren, Jacob Walter Page (Jessica Page), Robert Dale Hofmann, Jr. (Rachel Hofmann) and Jacy Jo Rivers Hofmann; and her great grandchildren, Emma Grace, Alexandra Faith, Claire Everleigh and Jaxon Jacob.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home (809 Highland Ave, Carrollton, KY 41008). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM and at 2:00 PM at the same location.
