She is survived by: her husband Christopher "Chris" Smith; her children, Sarah Kelley (Jacob), Katherine Smith, Amber Smith and Robert Brierly; her parents, Robert Frazier and Martha Frazier; her siblings, Janet Higgins, Mary Frazier, Jon Beach, Billy Mertz, Ricky Beach and Dustin Wiley; and her grandson Levi Thomas Kelley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the American Legion Post 41 (117 5th St, Carrollton, KY 41008).
