He is survived by: his wife Helen Adams Bromwell of Carrollton, KY; and his sons, Brian Bromwell of Bedford, KY and Dale Bromwell of Carrollton, KY..

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be given to the Hospice of the Bluegrass in care of the funeral home.
