She is survived by: her husband Pete Adkins; her children, Angie Hall (Vince), Shelly Adkins, Tawnya Dingler (Cody) and Tara Mullins (Josh); her grandchildren, Allison Poage (Layne), Kaylee Hall, Emily Riggs (Mason), Kaleb Dingler, Cheyenne Smith (Matthew), Micheal Hall and Lilly Hall; her stepgrandchildren, Kira Mullins and Bryce Mullins; her great grandchildren, Wrenlee Poage and Elijah Riggs; and her siblings, Don Bailey (Sara), Della Knipp (Garland), Janice Stevens (Gene) and Joyce Matthews (Mark).
