He was predeceased by : his parents, Wallace "Wallie J" Kiser and Pearlie Parker Kiser; his wife Bertha Marie Tipton Kiser; his daughter Frieda Ann Kiser Parker; and his siblings, Marvin Kiser, Russell Kiser, Everett "Pete" Kiser, Melvin "Jim" Raymond Kiser, Cecil Kiser, Thelma Mae Kiser, Elise Ruth Kiser, Joyce Katherine Kiser and Beulah Kiser Tilsley.

He is survived by : his grandchildren, Donald Lee Parker (Bobbie Ann Litteral) and Lorinda Lynette Parker; his son-in-law Donald Parker of Carter City, KY; and his siblings, Gracie Porter of Grayson, Dottie Collins of Minnie, KY and Frank Kiser of Mansfield, OH..

Visitation was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Malone Funeral Home (325 Malone Ln, Grayson, KY 41143). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the TBD Malone Funeral Home (325 Malone Ln, Grayson, KY 41143).
