She is survived by: her children, Sandy Dunn (Lester) of Catlettsburg, KY, Coby Rigsby (Delores) of Catlettsburg, KY and Dennis Rigsby (Vickie) of Catlettsburg, KY; her siblings, Billy Joe (Mary) of Catlettsburg, Linda Castle (Kenneth) and Mildred Terry (Bob); her caregiver Neva Lou Stewart; her husband Coburn Rigsby Jr.; her son Ricky Rigsby; and her siblings, John Stewart, Tommy Stewart, Ray Stewart, Harold Stewart, Curtis Stewart, Gene Stewart, Nick Stewart, Annabelle Miller, Faye Grimm and Mary Medley. She is also survived by grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
