With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Lee Blackburn of Catlettsburg, Kentucky, who passed away on October 21, 2022 at the age of 91. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Barbara Lee Blackburn to pay them a last tribute.

She is survived by : her husband James Blackburn; and her sisters, Trudy Lee Dingess (Gary) of Ceredo, Judy Solar of North Carolina and Lindy Saunders (Jim) of Virginia. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and 4 great great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Community Hospice Care Center of Ashland, Ky.
