She is survived by: her husband David Salisbury; her children, Carla Warren (Gary) of Catlettsburg, Michael Bruce Elswick of Cincinnati, OH and Mark Edward Elswick of Catlettsburg; her stepchildren, Rebecca Renfroe (Brent) of Lexington, Rhonda Salisbury of Catlettsburg, Jami Salisbury of Catlettsburg and David Salisbury II (Stacy) of Catlettsburg, KY; her grandchildren, Nikki Cullen, Brittany Jean Eldridge and Gary Edward; her stepchildren, Matthew Ryan Elswick, Marcus David Elswick, Dylan Edward, Travis Scott, Jennifer Renfroe, Katy Stewart, Sarah Beth Boggs, Trey Salisbury and Emily Salisbury; her great grandchildren, Bella Shae Cooley, Kenley Shay Elswick, Klara Marie Elswick, McKoy Ryan Elswick and Asher James Salisbury; and her siblings, Jim Walker (Earlene) of Catlettsburg, KY and Margaret Wade of Bemidji, MN. She is also survived by many friends and extended family.
