She is survived by: her husband James Cecil "J. C." Burns; her daughter Jordan Burns of Catlettsburg, KY; her mother Alma of Catlettsburg, KY; her siblings, Scott Butcher (Beverly) of Cannonsburg, KY, Rhonda Rigsby (David) of Catlettsburg, KY and Charlotte Thompson (Charles) of Catlettsburg, KY; and her mother-in-law Ruth Burns of Catlettsburg, KY.
